Our Social Impact
The genesis of Novastar Prep began with a moment of clarity. Our founder, a father of three school-aged children, felt that their schools were not developing them into critical thinkers or learners—essential skills they need for confidence-building, problem-solving, and decision-making.
With classes of 20 or 30 kids to one teacher, there was little chance that students who needed extra help or learned differently would receive it, and even kids who did well in school didn’t necessarily have any meaningful understanding of what they were learning or why.
Novastar Prep was created out of a deep concern for the future of the next generation as a social impact company to develop lifelong learners. By nurturing and cultivating personal excellence in this way, we enable students to reach their full potential.
